Manage your Google Business Profile: We collect your Google Business Profile data solely for the purpose of attaching our agency as a manager.

We do not share client information. Furthermore, we do not sell, rent, or trade your data or your Google Business Profile information under any circumstances.

7. Google Business Profile Data

Where you engage us to manage your Google Business Profile, you grant Local Map Booster manager-level access to your profile. This access allows us to view, update and publish information on your behalf, including business details, opening hours, services, photos, posts, questions and answers, and review replies.

What we access. We access only the data associated with the Google Business Profile(s) you have authorised us to manage. This typically includes your business information, performance and insights data (such as search impressions, calls, direction requests and website clicks), customer reviews and ratings, questions and answers, photos and media, and posts.

How we access it. We access Google Business Profile data through Zernio, a third-party provider that supplies the Google Business Profile API layer used by our systems. Zernio provides technical access to the Google Business Profile API; it does not manage, own, or make decisions about your data. All decisions about how your data is used are made by Local Map Booster.

How we use it. We use this data solely to deliver the services you have engaged us for: managing and optimising your Google Business Profile, publishing content, responding to reviews, and producing performance reports and analytics for your business.

Our own systems. We operate our own proprietary platform for profile management, reporting and analytics. Data retrieved from your Google Business Profile is stored within our systems for the purpose of generating historical reporting, tracking performance over time, and managing your profile efficiently. Our platform is hosted on secure infrastructure with access restricted to authorised Local Map Booster personnel.

What we do not do. We do not sell, rent, licence or trade your data with any third party. We do not use your Google Business Profile data for advertising, for training machine learning or AI models, or for any purpose unrelated to the services we provide to you. We do not share your data with other clients, and we do not aggregate it into products sold to others.

Retention. We retain Google Business Profile data for as long as we provide services to you, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping and to allow reinstatement should you return. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Revoking access. You may remove our manager access to your Google Business Profile at any time through your Google Business Profile settings. Doing so immediately ends our ability to access or manage your profile.

Third parties. Our service providers include Google (as the source of the data), Zernio (API access layer), and our hosting and infrastructure providers. Each processes data only as necessary to provide their service to us.
